PALS are there to help with any issues relating to primary care services.

They include the services provided by you GP,dentist, pharmacist, optician, community nursing and special palliative care services within Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland.

The service is free so if you need support, advice or have concerns about your healthcare and don,t know where to turn.

They can also give you information on NHS services.
